Anyone see this, I think it was on Shudder or BBC.
(I searched for a thread, but didn't see one. Sorry if I missed it.)

Fun little show about the private space race to Mars. Sort of. A lot of the twists are familiar ones, but it was still a pretty well-made show, you know, for a tv show.

A decent assortment of characters, and a crazy assortment of languages. Perhaps a bit of a warning about letting private entities have too much control over space missions, but I mean we've all seen the movie Prometheus, right?

Anyone see it? Anyone like it?

If you're tempted, it was only ten episodes, and not a huge commitment of time, as they only ran 20-24 minutes apiece.

Would you eat that marshmallow?

Yeah, surprised that it seems to have passed unnoticed by most people.
I really enjoyed it. The fact that it was essentially a French show added a certain je ne sais quoi (sorry....so sorry!) that made it stand out from other similar UK/US shows. There was nothing really new or innovative about it but I really like the near future Sci-fi genre and even the whole Soviet Cosmonaut weirdness was handled well. Thought the music was exceptional!
It seems to be set up for a second season but no idea if that will be made given the track record of TV companies in recent years. I'd heartily recommend watching it, like Kitic said, it's only 10 short eps so ideal for a binge watch!
