Missing Characters

I noticed so far a couple of missing Titan crew members in the Destiny trilogy. I've just started Lost Souls so they could still show up. I can't remember all the names but here are the ones I'm wondering about:

Alyssa Ogawa and Noah
The Bolaj(?). The ones who had the baby in Taking Wing or Red King
The Ferengi woman (botanist or some type of scientist)

Just wondering where they are or do I need to re-read previous Titan novels to find out where they are.

Alyssa, Noah, the Bolaji family, and the Ferengi geologist Dr. Bralik are all still part of the crew, and most of them will be seen at least briefly in Over a Torrent Sea. There are 350 people on the ship, so they can't all appear in every book.
