I'm sorry my contest is so late coming up, I'm not used to having two in a row and I had to think of an idea.

Well I'm finding with cooler weather, I'm having more enjoyment spending time outside again, this is a perfect time of year for going for walks in nature, and just doing things out of doors. So please post avatars of things you like to do outside, either in fall or any season.

For me, one of my favorite things to do is sitting outside with a good book (and maybe a thermos with tea)

This one was a little tricky for me, as I tend not to be not much of an outdoors person. Not that I dislike nature; quite the opposite. It's more that generally, outdoors tends to be where other people are.

When I am outdoors, though, one thing I do enjoy is looking up at the majesty of the night sky, especially when away from the city!

Thank you for waiting! It's a lovely topic butnature has so many beautiful sides and offers such a lot of possibilities that it's difficult to restrict oneself to only one.

My favourite occupation in Autumn is photographing because the light is so mellow and all the colours seem so velvety. And the fog makes everything look so mysterious =)

This is a detail from a close up of a dandelion I shot last Thursday morning after a foggy night. The seeds' feathery parachutes already started to dry on the sunny side but there were still a few droplets in the shady parts =)
