Sorry about the delay in posting this, it's been a busy week!

Anyway, the competition this time around will be your favourite type of wild animal.

I'll allow animals that can sometimes be a pet (as that allows my entry) but not truly domesticated animals - so pet Dogs, Cats and farm yard animals.

So for example, if someone decided to enter a Hyena or a Wild Boar, that would be a-okay, but a German Shepard or a Pig wouldn't be.

I hope that makes sense.

Normal rules apply, 200x200 pixels and 1mb for Gifs.

Oh and no fictional animals.

And finally, I'll give you till Wednesday (5/3/2017) to enter.

Mine is just slightly above 1mb. That's the lowest I could get it without screwing up the image. Is that okay? If not, I'll remove it, but as punishment, you will remain haunted with the sound of the Mortal Kombat song earworming into your head forever.

Anyway, I'm tall and gangly too, so the giraffe has always been like my spirit animal.

Yeah, we just got Planet Earth II here in the states on BBC-America over the past several weeks, though I had seen gifs of the giraffe vs. lion scene before. That was one of my favorite scenes too, along with the nightmare fuel of the snakes vs. baby iguanas in the Galapagos. I'm looking forward to seeing Blue Planet II later this year as well.

Okay, here we go:

The infamous Golden Poison Frog. If anyone has an urge to lick this little fellow, I would urge restraint-- his skin is soaked with enough deadly toxin to kill twenty people.
