Thanks to @Kai "the spy" for the idea. The title says it all: anything pertaining to events that occurred in 2017--sports, weather, wars, obituaries, politics, news items, etc. The only rule is no media--meaning no movies, TV, novels, comics and other works of fiction.

Standard av rules apply: 200 x 200 pixels max, 1 MB max. Poll will go up on Sunday.

My entry (due to personal experience): Hurricane Harvey

Just announcing it beforehand for @auntiehill 's sake, I'm gonna change my entry slightly. I'll split up the poem over several photos of the Labour campaign as an animated gif, but tomorrow, not right now, as it's already late.
Just thought I'd let you know now so you won't accidentally put the old entry in the poll.

Alright, it's done. Here's my new proper entry:

And as a bonus, Corbyn quoting the poem (Percy Bysshe Shelley's "The Masque of Anarchy", btw) at the 2017 Glastenbury Festival, answered by the audience chanting his name to the tune of the White Stripe's "Seven Nation Army":
