Miro problems

I'm having trouble with the downloading program for imac, "Miro".

It worked once.
Ever since then, it has been crashing every time I try to use it.
I've tried deleting it and re-installing it many times. Any ideas?

To download the any file into the internet ,it has some suitable steps and some precaution.It has some suitable steps , which you must follow to download a successful software .I know that the some software has the timing to which to download i.e within the time ,if you downloaded otherwise the error will occur .
