Insanity, if I remember correctly.

Dukat calls him insane when he drinks some poisoned Kanar in "Ties of Blood and Water".

I think the OP was referring to another time. When Dukat asks Weyoun "Have you ever been diagnosed as anhedonic?"

(Anhedonia is a disorder in which one is unable to experience pleasure. This is, for the Vorta, literally true - they are, thanks to the Founders, genetically designed not to take pleasure in anything except for serving the Founders and eating certain roots and berries from the Vorta homeworld.)

Yeah, I like the guy too. I know he was "evil," but I always felt he really didn't have a choice in the matter. He was made to worship the Founders and belief they were always right, etc. I remember that episode during the arc where the Dominion was in control of the station, and he was taking about how Vorta didn't have a sense of beauty, and he sounded so ... wistful. And then of course, Weyoun 7 (6? You know, the one that defected) just breaks your heart ...
