Michael Rosenbaum back as Lex this season for a bit?

MICKEY: When CW President Dawn Ostroff told the crowd at the fall TV previews Tuesday that Michael Rosenbaum could return to the show in the future, but probably wouldn't this season, I swear she was holding something back. So I checked in with a few of my favorite red-and-blue blurs, and they told me that we will be seeing more of Lex in future episodes. What do you think? Is this a trick?

It's a possibility since they basically confirmed at the comic oon panel that Lex isn't dead. They said that he's not dead in the Superman mythology so its a good bet he's not dead. I wouldn't be surprised if my theory is correct and he somehow transferred his consciceness into Oliver near the end. I think Aussriro reported that Mike had dinner with the Smallville producers. If they are able to work around the skull cap problem then mike will be back.

Well if he was coming back next season then he would hold true to his word that he'd only come back for the last season.

The Windy City Times recently caught up with Michael Rosenbaum, where they talked about his career - past, present, and future - and the subject of a return to Smallville did come up... but there's a stipulation.

"I told the producers that I would only come back for the last episode or two if they let me wear a bald cap. I just grew my hair out," he said.

He also revealed in the interview that the producers have already attempted to bring him back. "They have asked me to come back a few times. People think they have seen me on the show since then but I found out they have been using body doubles to pretend that it's me. I don't know how fair that is to the fans," he says.

Rosenbaum looks better bald than he does with hair. Watch him in Urban Legend and see the hair there. It's the scariest part of the movie.

Hey you stole my theory! Just kidding, but I had the same thoughts myself that they were going to go that route and that Lex, somehow, placed his katra inside Ollie.
