Michael Bay Signs $50M Deal To Fuck Up 'Thundercats'

According to executives, Warner Bros. settled on Bay after a 12-month search of Hollywood's most reviled directors, including Joel Schumacher, Roland Emmerich, and Brett Ratner. In the end, the studio decided only Bay could be relied upon to deliver a 220-minute cinematic clusterfuck with enough tedious performances, overblown cinematography, and CGI explosions to make even the most casual fan want to scratch their eyes out.

it's THUNDERCATS HO!

nah, Bay's too busy making TF fanboys die of heart attacks, strokes and embolisms...need someone else...

I think Bay is a very talented director who gets shots no one else even dreams about.

So there. :)

That was great.

Actually, since I never really watched Thundercats, I'm now morbidly curious to see just how bad it would turn out if someone like Bay made a film version.

I wonder if it would look anything like this.

I'd like to see Bay fired. From a cannon. Into the sun. Along with all masters to all films he has made, and unsold DVDs/VHSs.

That was great.

Can someone please give the maker of this a contract for something, please? That was frakking genius!

It's one of the few things that bugs me about the movie "Juno," when she yells "Thundercats are go!" right before having the baby.

If you're gonna make a reference like that, get the frickin quote right.

Holy shit, that was awesome! I wonder how that got made at all.

hahahaha live action movie of Thundercats? This should be interesting...............................................................as much as Homeboys in outerspace was interesting on UPN

Supposedly, there actually is a Thundercats movie slated for 2010. CGI, though, and not made by Michael Bay.

I'd like to see Michael Bay do Silverhawks.

Shit, that sounds so horrible, yet a part of me wants it to be true. Its basic lack of quality could make it mildly entertaining. Consider the implications.
