I can see Bay taking a back seat producer position for five but letting someone else do a lot of the harder grunt work as director (traveling, long days etc.) but still raking in amazing amounts of cash. I'm all for him stepping down, not because I hate the guy or whatever, but just because I'd like to see a fresh (or "refreshed") approach to the designs of the robots and storyline.

Well, stupidity and all, *I* enjoy the Transformers movies and I'm looking forward to the fourth! Nobody beats the sheer visuals of a Michael Bay action movie.

Same here. My son and I have watched all of them and enjoyed the hell out of them. Saw them in the theater and multiple times on DVD. The second one was the weakest, but we still enjoyed it. Looking forward to more.

I didn't like the Michael Bay Transformers movies but Transformers Prime is quite excellent and what the movies should have been.
