Metamorphosis

-Commissioner Hedford is by far the best looking Trek Babe of all time, IMHO.
Elinor Donahue was certainly pretty, but better looking than Susan Oliver? Sally Kellerman? Sherry Jackson? Marianna Hill? Barbara Anderson? Joan Collins? Leslie Parrish? Barbara Luna? Celeste Yarnall? Julie Newmar? Nancy Kovack? Barbara Bouchet? Diana Muldaur? Joanne Linville? Sabrina Scharf? Yvonne Craig? France Nuyen? Lee Meriwether? Mariette Hartley?

Definitely prettier than Sally Kellerman, Joanne Linville, Sabrina Scharf and France Nuyen. About AS pretty as Diana Muldaur and Julie Newmar. But not as pretty as Susan Oliver, Sherry Jackson, Marianna Hill, Barbara Anderson, Joan Collins, Leslie Parrish, Barbara Luna? Nancy Kovack and Barbara Bouchet.

IMHO, of course.
I was surprised that lil' teenager from Father Knows Best grew up so beautiful. But I didn't like her short hairstyle later in The Odd Couple.

Mmmmm...Yvonne Craig. Anyway, that being said, Elinor Donahue, while pretty, is certainly not the "best looking Trek Babe of all time."

Regarding the episode itself, "Metamorphosis" was/is a great story and was very well acted.

...One of the most chauvinist in the lot, though. When the scold gets eaten by the space monster, it's considered a happy ending! After all, her body still remains, for the guest star to have fun with.

I like this episode too, despite its flaws agreed. The set is excellent. The bit with looking through the scarf is fantastic. Here's the director's blog on the episode, which someone post a few months back, that discusses the scarf and the set.

Oh, and Marianna Hill.
