I just came across this interesting video on You Tube a few moments ago, and lt looks interesting:

IT could work in any modern city.

Many cities already use alternate fuels for vehicles --- like natural gas.

Busses and city vehicles are an excellent starting point for such fuels - they gas up at fixed locations and generally do not travel far enough to get away from their fuel supply.

If the cities would take the lead in this sort of thing it might take the squeeze off the rest of us....
