Mental Wellness Support Group

Speaking of cars, I got a text from my sister saying my 17-year-old nephew got into a car accident. Luckily, he's okay and no one was hurt. He just recently got a driver's license. I don't have any kids, but I imagine how frightening it must be for parents to hear such alarming news.

I'm feeling rotten. My heart rate skyrocketed this morning, and it's been on the high end of the safe range all afternoon. I feel like an utter idiot for not taking into account that taking one steroid-based inhaler more would affect if I took my rescue inhaler.

I think I've finally convinced myself to go into one of the open job interviews at the grocery store I applied to last month. As much as I'd love to work at one of the ranches or stables, I'm just not sure if that's right for me.
I just keep telling myself if I can get through the interview and get hired, I can save up to get myself a PS5, and start buying books, comics, and video games again. Onnce we've got the added income my mom be willing to go visit one of the farm animal sanctuaries out here, and can start donating to them and the other sanctuaries I support.
And I usually end up working later in the afternoons and evening like I did at my other retail jobs, I can still do my bike rides and see the people and horses that I visit. And even if I do work morning, I'll still be able to go on my days off.

Feel better soon. A fast heart rate is an unpleasant experience.
