I think Eric looks very handsome and appealing as Nero! More even than in Troy, and I loved him in Troy. I even bought the Nero action figure. Eric has a killa voice, too.

Ah, screw it, I've got nothing to hide. My man-crush on Karl Urban compelled me to vote for Bones.

As a straight man, I too can still see how McCoy/Urban would be considered attractive (to those who are attracted to men).

Plus, he was pretty cool. I agree with Skywalker about the "man crush". I'd like to sit in my man-cave with McCoy/Urban, watch football (American or Australian) and talk about beer and babes. I think it would be a great time.

I liked Ayel's features, too. There were a lot of nice looking men in this film, no matter what species they played.

Eh, I'm secure enough in my sexuality to vote here.

I asked Captain Robau for special dispensation to cast my vote for someone else, and he graciously agreed -- but now I have to sacrifice a dozen goats to him and hand over my firstborn. I told him I didn't have a firstborn, and wasn't ever likely to, but he just said, "I have asked for your firstborn. Therefore, you will have a firstborn." The Robau has spoken.

Anyway, I had to go with Jim Kirk. For starters, well... he's friggin' James T. Kirk! How cool is that? Secondly, if I were a woman, or gay, I think I'd find Chris Pine very attractive. Don't ask me why -- I guess I just consider him prettier than the other men!

I'm up in your poll, skewing your results. (Sorry! But we all know some of the men voted on the women's polls, so I feel justified.)

I have not voted in this poll, I don't want to skew the results. It would have been nice if men hadn't voted and skewed the results in the Kirk or Spock poll, eitther, since it used to be called "Ladies, who is sexier..." I always knew Kirk would win this one here - and that's the way it should be, since it is an accurate representation of the demographics. It's pretty much common knowledge that the character of Kirk has always been a bigger hit with men, while it was always the opposite with Spock.

I admit I did vote for Uhura in the "Gaila or Uhura" thread, though but that was partially out of protest at some of the posters on that thread calling her a bitch, partially because I already knew some men had voted in the "ladies, Kirk or Spock?" thread... and besides, there is no such thread for women...
