Never gonna happen, but I REALLY wish it would. I want a Refit Enterprise that can separate the saucer AND has landing gear!!! Plus a decent sized D7/K'Tinga class replica would be AMAZING.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the Vulcan Shuttle, which could separate the shuttle from the sled.
