Megatron Speaks Klingon

In the 07 Transformers movie, Megatron chases Sam Witwicky into a building towards the end of the movie. After breaking through the window Megatron shouts "Qapla'... I smell you boyyyyy"

It is carefully disguised as the Transformers language we hear throughout the movie, so only Trekkers would know it was there.

Does anyone know why this line was added? Was it an inside joke about how Transformers learnt Earth's languages through the world wide web... including Klingon?

Anythings possible, or it could be the transformers language and is meant as a homage to Klingon.
