After discussing with @Count Zero, I've been given permission to post a story challenge for May/June. This one will be a little different, but I hope y'all like it and are excited to participate.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to continue (after a fashion) the story I began in my March/April challenge entry: "Writ in the Ash of Long-Cold Stars" How would Kirk, Picard, Janeway, or any other canon captain and their respective crews handle meeting Sapphire Black? How would your own crew? Just how powerful has she become? Or perhaps, it's one of Starfleet's legends or your own ship and crew that enters Iaaro space, triggering the reaction detailed in my story. How do they handle the fallout?
