There was just something sex offender about Titus on Voyager, but as murderer and scary manipulater of children in deadwood or Life, there's this charming forgiveable quality about him.

That's the guy who played B'Elanna's old love? I always thought he looked like an even more annoying-looking version of David Swimmer. The beard makes all the difference though! He should keep it.
