"Masters of the Universe"

Aside from the utterly excretable "Threshold", a young Robert Duncan McNeil also turned up in this piece of crap, a bad cult classic from the late 1980s (hilariously reviewed by That Guy With the Glasses).

Aww, he's young there.

I used to watch the cartoon, had a little bit of a crush on He-Man :o

Never knew they made a movie. I love the special effects, like only the 80's could do them. And it features the compulsory synthesizer! They even tampered with the timeline, Endgame style! Those were the days. Sigh.

And that movie ripped off Jack Kirby's Fourth World--way, way far worse than Star Wars ever did. Shameless, really.

Also a actor who played one of Skeletor's henchmen (the bald one with the flame whip, which is fitting, since he taught Harrison Ford how to use a whip) turned up in Voyager as a major Kazon chieftan.

Actually I did like "Masters of the Universe" but it was a little cheesy, which is usually how 80s movies were back in the day. He-man was hot! :D
