But they're changing Patsy to Trish for some reason. Is Patsy too outdated a nickname now?

That's cool. I wonder if Patsy is taking the role Carol Danvers had in Melissa Rosenburg's original pitch? Also, they are kinda-sorta contemporizing Patsy's early, pre-Hellcat days. I wonder if we'll get an origin story out of her?

Or possibly "Miriam Drew" - Miriam being her middle name in the comics - to avert name confusion between the two characters for TV purposes?

Or, if Marvel wants to save Jessica Drew for other projects, perhaps Moss could be playing Dakota North?

If it isn't confusing the comics, why would it be confusing on tv?

Because it's easier for the average person to relate to different people with the same name when they have a visual aid and follow at their own pace. Neither is possible during a show unless you're always pausing and closed captioning.

I don't disagree with you in the slightest, but I do recognize it as a very effective way of generating buzz and anticipation for a production.

    Marsden is very sad.
I hate it, but, if no one watches it doesn't continue or get made.

I know I'm going to start up a netflix sub just to see these. I may watch other things, but I'm subscribing for this.

Weird contrast between the dark tone of the show scenes and the garish Daredevil logo at the end.

I hope that shot with that vague ripply-blur effect isn't the extent of the visualization of Matt's radar sense. I was hoping for something more visually striking like its depiction in the Waid-Rivera comics. That's one thing the feature film did fairly well.

For a teaser it served it's function. I feel they could've provided more.
Following the model of a theatrical movie teaser trailer you're always left with the idea of more. More on the antagonist, the story & some f/x money shots.
That's what I feel is here. We got nothing on Kingpin, Foggy, Karen and just quick cuts of action scenes.
Anyone think we may get a fuller trailer in March perhaps?

Looks good, I noticed that it seems a little bloodier than the rest of the MCU. (Which is fine, that's what we were expecting/hoping for with Netflix as opposed to ABC or whatever.)

Here's my question: how do we discuss the show on this board?

Does someone start up a thread on April 9/10 and allow full spoilers for all 13 episodes right from post #1? Is there a better way to do it? Are there any other viable options?

I would enjoy having an episode-by-episode discussion, like we see for most "regular" shows on this board. Is it possible to do that on this board?
