Marvel planning Guardians of the Galaxy movie!

Right now I am more excited by this movie than Captain America. I don't why, but we haven't had a comic book space adventure other than the scenes from Green Lantern so maybe that is it.

I like how they set the figures up like the live-action image (heck, they should brighten up the live stuff to look like that). Star-Lord(?)'s coat looks a lot kewler in the figure line.
Which was also one of the first conceptual images released. They seem to having a lot of fun redoing different versions of that same picture.

I'm already loving the look of this movie. I can't wait for the trailer.

I heard it was going to be premiering on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.' I have no idea if that means we won't be able to see it until tomorrow night, of if that's when it's premiering on television.

Newsarama said that the movie will feature
the prison of Klyn and the Celestial head space station Knowhere. I'm surprised to hear the movie using those elements from the DNA series since most of things about the movie have sounded different so far, like the Collector and Ronan and Nebula.

How DO you pronounce Knowhere anyway? It seems like you're supposed to say it the weird way which would be "know-here", not "nowhere"...

OMG! Does that mean the Russian talking dog is going to be in it?! That would be awesome!

Caught a still from the trailer of the team walking towards the camera and it gave me a good Farscape vibe. If they can capture that kind of groove for this movie I would be quite happy.

That was a pretty good tease.

Pretty soon we're going to have previews of previews, at the rate we're going.

Just a little over two hours till Kimmel here. I've never watched Kimmel before, but based on the few clips I've seen I have no problem watching at it tonight to see the trailer. Kit Harrington who plays Jon Snow on Game of Thrones is one of the guests, although he is apparently promoting Pompeii, not GoT Season 4.

Wow, I didn't realize it was a comedy. Was Ryan Reynolds too busy too play Star-Lord? :p

Seriously though, I need to process that a bit.
