Not a chance in hell. Your best bet if you don't get NASATV on your cable/satellite package would be to find a stream online. There should be plenty available.
In Seattle on Comcast Cable, it's channel 76.Hmmm... I don't think I get NASA as part of the package I have. .
Wheaton does a much better job at this. Shatner is terrible.
