Mark R. Gaebler

I mean it kind of sounds a little a lot like this idea I've been working on as an homage to the great 70's Trek actor Lee Conway, but I'm willing to imagine that it was accidental, and we were just on the same vibe and didn't really copy one another.

Not even close. This story covers 2 billion years and every quadrant of the galaxy and here; 's another little hint, not all of the main characters live to the end, that's realism. To cover the expanse we doing, answering questions, and raising others about the future, took us over a decade of research so don't make lite of our work. Jokes are very much inappropriate in this case. If that's your cup of tea, drink it somewhere else. This is our future not your laughing board.

POlite is right, now I've given you more than we've ever done with others, please spread the word and I promise no in in the Trek world will be disappointed when this is made a reality.

Conway Twitty? So was this a Family Guy bit all along?

I grew up in a house with an 8 track player with four 8 track tapes. two of them were Conway Twitty. Pity me.

I think Rick's therapist was out of line for giving him shit for ignoring Unity's calls and messages. No contact is a perfectly valid healing process and the amount of times Unity reached out to him is a red flag. Answering her the tenth time she called shows her that all she has to do is call him ten times and he will pick up.

It's a reference to a cartoon.

Guys, let's not bag on Mark. When asked for more details, he offered some. That was a show of good faith.

IMO - I see no hope in the project, but I'm going to fold my tent here and pass on the snarkfest. Just this once.

But do TV audiences want this? TV is, first and foremost, a business.

Something like this might make for a big budget fan production but as prone to universe-ending apocalyptic plots as current Trek often is I don't think this is the kind of story that the audience is asking for outside of, say, novels, comics or fan films.
