I can't remember for sure either. It's just that nobody else jumps into my mind and they make such a big deal about Odo not socializing with humanoids unless he has to for the first few seasons it would just seem odd to me.

), but I just rewatched the scene in question. Odo says he had a sexual encounter before – on his homeworld. So a changeling really was his "first score". But Arissa was the first humanoid he had sex with. He also doesn't exclude that he was romantically involved with someone before. In fact he rather suggests that he was.

IIRC, he said it was something similar. He's referring to the Great Link, so I guess this depends on how sexual one considers the Link. (I think we can definitely call it sexual if reproduction is somehow involved, though it was never all that clear where baby changelings came from). His partner to that extent was the Female Changeling; and his relationship with her has both sexual and maternal undertones (how Oedipal these aliens are) during the DS9 occupation arc.
I'm going to go with no since he was probably referring to the link. The female Changeling makes it quite clear that humanoid sex is very different from the link, after she and Odo boned.
