Marina Sirtis

But Marina keeps getting hotter the older she gets.

She wasn't even dooable till season 5.

Quick someone tell her. She's been waiting all her life for Guy to get the hots for her.

It's a bit of a stretch to have a Sirtis thread in DS9 however.

Actually, she's not quite there yet since the first time my jaw really dropped was in the 6th seasons Man of the People after some cad had ripened her up, sucking the youth out of Troi for his own purposes. It was the greying around the edges that really caught my attention... She had this hot bride of Frankenstein thing going on.

Generations - 18th Century naval uniform... The blue coat and high white collar thing, and the hairstyle, all just really set off her face to perfection

Well that's your Annie Hall complex kicking in.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Girls dressed up as boys is hot.

Of course, later when Zeph smashed her personality with tequila, I though that Marina acting as a drunk was way hotter than Marina acting as Troi.

Then I saw a making of the movie and finally heard Mariria's real accent.

Everything that is Troi is just letting the side down.

Marina - Troi = 4.

If Marina at that stage in her life was an 8, what exactly does that tell you about the heart and soul of Deanna Troi?

(Xanatos from Gargoyles is an 11. Riker pulls that stud Frakes into negative figures.)

While I would never overlook an opportunity to see Marina, the whole DS9 premise just isn't for the Troi character. If they REALLY just had to get her on the show, it would probably be in her other job as diplomatic helper. Being Counselor wasn't enough of a job to sustain her in most of the TNG eps, so they had her start helping Captain Picard with diplomatic negotiations and alluded to her being pretty helpful with that as the seasons wore on. Maybe if she dropped in to help Sisko and Ross with some kind of treaty or something (bringing the Romulans into the war maybe). This would have only worked once or twice, though. As for what Marina might have said, I really only look at her. Although, her real brit accent pushes her numbers up quite a bit.

Ezri could have been up for peer review?

Even if nothing goes horribly wrong, that's supposed to happen several times a year.

I liked DS9 because she wasn't there. Still, it might have been nice to see Evil Troi. As opposed to, you know, Possessed Troi.

Ayuh.

I know I'm always carping about how much I hate the mirror universe. But I might have made an exception for this.

Why would a Batazoid Nobel bang a Terran Slave to create baby Dee?

But then the Intendant probably had a few dozen of Sisko's abortions.

I thought I answered my own question.

Jefferson had a slave for a girlfriend/commonlaw wife, and as I understand history (and the present) a lot of slaves are used just for sex, so they have to appear top shelf, and not look like they've been in a coal mine all day long blackening their lungs.

Ian Andrew Troi could have been Lwaxanna's Pool Boy and a little bit more.

Nothing unusual about sexing a slave, but keeping a child from any such congress is odd, considering the political fallout, especially if Lwaxanna wasn't going to free the father. More likely she'd have him dig his own grave, rather than chance that this Terran may try to ride his daughters coat tails out of his kennel.

Meh, Intendant Kira is too hot for Mirror Troi ... I always thought Intendant Kira was the hottest thing ...

Oh, excuse me, I uh ... went somewhere else for a minute ... *fans self*

Ships logs are probably turned into games or/and novels.

It's just a question of when top secret rolls over into the public domain.

Imagine the USS Enterprise D "game" Imzadi?

Or the USS Enterprise D Game "Wesley is not my son!"?

or the USS Enterprise Game "have you seen my humanity?"?

But the Imzadi Game.

The Guys play Riker trying to bag Dee, and the girls play Dee trying to bag that Monkey in the fist officers chair.

Seeing how the crew of DS9 fail and succeed at trying to work through the Imazadi issue that TNG all but forgot about and then buried.

Oh Worf.

Forgot about him.

He walks in on his Trill wife playing Riker trying to bag Dee.

Result!

I think that Worf would object to his "friends" on DS9 using his life as a playground even if he's only a bit part in the proceedings.
