Even though it would bust my bracket from here to Detroit I'd love to see some high seeds like Memphis fall. That's why March is so fun!

Yeah. Other than Sallie, Memphis's offense really isn't that good. There's been so many careless turnovers on both sides but CS Northridge is really taking it to them. They're only down by 3 at the half.
Get your butt in gear, Memphis. My brackets are at risk. Texas A&M being ahead of BYU isn't a surprise at all. Whoa, what's going on with Jim Calhoun that he's going to miss coaching UConn today? Hospitalized for what?
I have a 15 seed beating a 2 seed on one of my brackets, but it's not Northridge over Memphis.

Gotta give Northridge a whole lot of credit for that game. The score was not as close as that game ended up being. They sure made it fun until about the 6 minute mark.
I was afraid, but I was counting on Memphis' athleticism eventually wearing them out. Hey, I've still got two perfect brackets in the espn challenge game.

I have a 15 seed beating a 2 seed on one of my brackets, but it's not Northridge over Memphis.
I think that it's only happened four times since the field was expanded to 64, that a #15 has beaten a #2..... but I'll be hanged if I can remember the last time it happened.

It's been a bad game all the way through. Almost find myself falling asleep.
sigh Of course, I don't have Maryland picked on either of my two remaining perfect brackets. I have MD picked on all my other brackets.

I did pick Maryland, but that was largely because I am a fan of Gary Williams. He was only at Ohio St for three seasons, but he was the reason OSU basketball was able to come back after the disastrous Eldon Miller years. Williams brought some spark and fire and it paid off.
6/8 after the first set, not bad. My Huskies didn't play their best game but they got out of the first round. If Dentmon and Thomas can get their games on, Washington will go far.
I originally had UConn winning it all but pulled back, fearing that they weren't going to be as dominant with that injury. Well they sure dominated poor Chattanooga.

I'm okay with that game either way. If nova wins, I have them winnign one more after that. But if American wins...... ROTFL!!!! And they just hit a 3-ptr to go up by 10 at the half. THIS is why March Madness is my favorite sporting event of the year, particularly the first two rounds!!!
I've got Villanova in the Eight - I hope they get their acts together.

I've got the Zags in the Final Four! Every year I figure that this is the year they go all the way, this is the year they get it together. Then they choke. Every year. But I keep believing. Sigh.
