Posting this just to express my desire to participate in this month's contest, and to reserve the idea, so to speak.
I never finished last month's idea, which probably won't be a problem this time, as I needn't expand it beyond sketch.
So here's the first sketch, although I think it'll need some refinement.. The idea is proposed designs for Chef's introduction in Enterprise Season 4, which were scrapped when that Riker guy was cast.. He is conceptualized as a four-armed alien. This particular design would've been realized via CG, although puppetry and make-up were also proposed (more to come)...
