Oh, this is a good idea! I love those trees - I'm guessing the foliage is just a basic placeholder-type thing for now, but I really like the geometric shapes as they are

Ty! Lots of liberties are being taken here. I wanted the star field visible from this angle, but it is not in the film. The height and density of the forest and the mass of the ship block that. So ship and forest are having some changes made to allow for it. The base of the ship is larger and tapers in the and trees shorter and less densely placed. This final shot will be the pulled back image so detail on the Vulcan will be minimal. A more stylized appearance altogether should emerge.

TY! Just wasnt happy with how it was going. Alas, no replacement entry from me. I'll be working on other things. Good luck to anyone else participating. Curious to see what is come up with.
