Indeed he was. It took me all of 3 seconds to figure out his voice and connect it to him. It felt almost like a little gold nugget in a Star Trek treasure hunt. 
OMG, so this means that I have an incentive to actually watch that show for the second time in my life - the previous one, of course, was when Nana Visitor guest starred, which made me go and watch the first half of the episode that was available online on some website or other (I couldn't find the download of the entire episode yet)... and then I was so disgusted with the episode that I never bothered to watch the rest.

No, since I don't live in USA, it's my enemy.
Luckily, I have a bunch of other friends to make up for that: Mr. Rapid Share, Ms. Mega Upload, etc.
I wish someone would get JUST the relevant part on YouTube. Family Guy is such trash that I would NEVER want the network to get any kind of ratings "credit" for me watching the video.

Started out...not too bad. But JUST when I was hoping to see Mr. Alaimo in a role that wasn't the villain--damn! :-/
Still, nice to hear him do a different character voice!
That "Put it OUT!" bit sure reminded me of Dukat when he sat on the spike...

He did give that show some class and yet to this day, there isn't a single statue of him anywhere in Seth MacFarlane's office...
Indeed, he tried and tried, but those ingrates over at McFarlane-jor never appreciated what he was trying to do for them!

Now I've got a mental image of MacFarlane throwing several offensive cutaway gags about the Occupation into Family Guy. 
Oh dear God.
Fortunately DS9 isn't mainstream enough to be referenced in that fashion on FG so the only jokes that could offend are about either the real world or predominantly US popular culture.

Well, I have downloaded and just watched a better quality version (picture and sound quality, of course... though using "Family Guy" and "quality" in the same sentence... HA HA There's a great joke for you

Well, I had to find a reason to laugh, since the episode didn't give me any. This is supposed to be funny? It seems written by people who confuse stupid and offensive with funny. Sorry, but it's just completely unfunny. I wasn't even close to laughing, smiling, grinning... not once. And if they think they're being so cool or brave because they're offensive - now that's laughable. South Park can be offensive in a provocative and challenging way, this thing i offensive in the most banal, conformist way possible.
Though I guess it's to be expected from a show written by a bunch of manatees.
I'm afraid I'm not going to upload it to YT, for two reasons: 1) I don't want to be banned from YT over Family Guy, 2) I'd be too embarrassed if people saw I have uploaded Family Guy.
Credits say that David Lynch was in this episode as well?! And Ioan Gruffudd? Why do all those people want to be on that show?
Anyway, enough about that show. I believe that Marc Alaimo's character in Call of Juarez and Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, Reverend Ray, is not a villain, from the description, although he seems to be - somewhat morally ambiguous?... too bad I am not interested in playing video games.
