Man builds 23 foot TOS Enterprise!

Well, the second picture (with lights) obviously has the saucer section photoshopped to fix the mistakes in the first one. I would think if the whole thing was photoshopped, the mistakes wouldn't have been there to begin with.

I've done that kind of work and if you're good at it you do put some blemishes back in if you want it to look authentic.

I requested these pictures from Thompson Ong (one of the builders)
Proof for the people who thought this was fake.

Silly, silly billies :)

If doubting something posted on the internet makes me silly, then guilty! I don't believe everything I read on the internet either. And for the record, I didn't say I thought it was a fake, just that I would need more proof to accept it as a real photo.

Wonder what he's going to do with something of that size though.

He wasn't hard to find. A quick Google search led me to his page on Facebook. The company he works for has done several large scale models.

You know, despite the inaccuracies (I know, nitpik, nitpik), to make something that size is STILL impressive.:cool::cool::cool:

OK, spockboy, final Photoshop touchup challenge for you. Put Thompson in TOS Command Gold!

Something is rotten in Denmark. The rectangular viewscreens change size, distance and position from the unlit version to the illuminated photo.
