You're welcome! And I agree but then, the series was a classic so the parody ought to be too.

And the writing of the bit is so good. Especially like pseudo-Kirk saying, "And keep an eye out for the great white whale!"

But then, Mad, the old stuff I remember anyway, had good writers. Especially in their music related stuff.

I have that issue!!! It's in a box with my other Star Trek stuff. Not mint, of course. Featured a tap dancing Kirk and Spock with Alfred E Neuman on the cover,with Spock doing a double take, I believe.

I had that issue, bought it new from 7-Eleven, lost it before I became old enough to realize the collectible value of it.

Ouch! My sympathies! I let my kids read mine when they were little, also before I realized what I had. I mean, who would have thought a #181 would have any value.
