It does, but they still manage to call every day and it's always a different number on the caller ID. And my number is on the do not call list too.

Be sure to file a complaint for every number they call from. When enough complaints are filed, there will be an investigation and they will be fined heavily. From what I understand, some of that money recovered in fines is distributed to those who filed complaints.
