I don't disagree. In fact that's my entire argument.
I think we're more than a bit off topic now.
Well so far he doesn't dislike any of the new shows more than Enterprise, he gave several episodes of Enterprise 0s lol, no 0s yet for DSC/LDS/PIC.
DSC does have a lower average rating, but there's also less episodes so far.
Actually it looks like all of the series have at least one zero except DSC/PIC/LDS.
So nothing so far in his opinion has been worth a zero. Or he has stopped giving zeroes in reviews.

Sure, but the significance of that is dependent on his scale. 5 may be "perfectly enjoyable average Trek episode". I may call that a 7-8, but on his scale it's 5.
That doesn't mean he doesn't particularly enjoy Trek, it just means that he has a different rating scale.
That's true, but I wasn't talking about individual episodes. He does like several of those; but the point is that he gives negative or middling ratings to most episodes of all series, which is not indicative of someone enjoying any of these shows.
Anyway I've said all that I can on this issue and I don't want to derail the thread further, so you can have the last say, if you wish so.
Well, the way averages work, it doesn’t matter if there's two episodes or two hundred.

I'm carefully choosing where to put my first 14 posts so I can have an avatar and whatnot. Like many I was lukewarm to this show at first but I ended up binging the last 3-4 episodes. I like Discovery just fine, Picard not so much (though I think it would benefit from a binged rewatch), but Lower Decks is by far my favourite of the 'new' Star Trek series. My feeling upon finishing episode 10 was that I just wanted to go back to the beginning and do it again. I think most of the jokes would only land for the dedicated Trek fan, but that's alright because that's me. 
Recently watched this.it was ok. Enjoyed it but didn't love it which is fine. it did improve as time went along. Will have to rewatch it. Seems like a good place to have some interesting cameos beyond what they already did. Can have some actors who are "too old" to play their characters show up.

^^^ There has been considerable speculation about the family ties between the Ransom’s since the character names were announced. Unfortunately, there has been no on-screen evidence to corroborate the theory (to my knowledge). It remains in the purview of head-canon for now.
Maybe next season they’ll throw us a bone on it. This show’s writers seem to have more than a passing knowledge of historical Trek lore. They have to realize potential significance of the identical character names, and “Ransom” is not that common a name to be throwing around.

First Trek release I’ll be picking up since Discovery season one.
It's been scrubbed from the internet (in other words, it was announced too early and un-nounced), but Lycia Naff is returning as Sonya Gomez for season 2.

That's fantastic. I can think of no better place to lampshade the hilarity of her vanishing act than Lower Decks.
While they're at it, can they bring back the Borg baby too?
