Definitely. He is second only to Mecharandom for the worst of that rabid bunch. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t care if they don’t like certain shows; the shows are doing very well and keep getting renewed, so for those of us who like them, or some of them, it doesn’t really matter what they say. It’s how they say it and the things they fabricate to get clicks from Trekkies that annoys me.

Yes they can. But I'm sure the CBS bean counters would like to know if the return on investment is worth it. Not good to lie to the money men.

CBS Corporation is a publicly traded company. While they have a right to withhold certain information from public view, especially with regards to their subsidiaries, any information they do release is subjected to federal investigation if they commit public fraud against current or future stockholders. So they probably won't release incorrect figures unless they have a really good excuse to do so.
