They all will. IIRC, there was a photo circulating around in the past year or two of some of the cast members in costume, with Quaid wearing a purple wig. It might have been taken at one of the ComiCons or DragonCon or something. They're ready for it...

Doubtful. Considering that Wiliiam Boimler was basically a plot device to force Brad back down to ensign, I don't see them undoing it. Especially considering that they could have put him back to lieutenant anyway, as long as the two of them weren't on the same ship.

2410 or 2411 I don't remember when the DS9 themed missions take place.
But watching DS9 and playing the game at the same time, I didn't really notice that much of a voice difference.
