According to Kirsten, some of the 'boaties' have 'superpowers'. :wtf:

I hope they don't go overboard with those powers - no pun intended. It they are only like Walts powers fine.

The number is real...just called it. You get a recorded message about getting information.!!!

He... was the pilot. I rewatched him getting ripped to shreds last night during a Lost Conversion party.

Well yeah of course he was the pilot, but I'm more curious as to what he has to do with this week's ep. Plus, I've seen that pic a few times over the past day or so and didn't put it together until just now

None of you are thinking out of the box.

We have been told that the plane crashed in the sea and they found the bodies.

We know Desmond went back in time and told some people what happened, this act will have started a second timeline.

The force field around the island protected the first timeline, so on the island the plane still broke up, and many passengers survived, only to die on the island.

Meanwhile in timeline two, most of the same passengers got on the plane and crashed in the sea and died, however, some might not have got on the plane at all, and lived.

Hence there are people alive on the island who died on the plane, and people alive in america who died on the island.

An interesting theory. But I've already forgotten, just who was it that told us wreckage/bodies of 815 had been found?

Well I was thinking it must have been Naomi, which made me suspicious of the story, since we know she lied about one thing. And then if it was possible that story was a lie, then this theory wouldn't hold up.

But if Cooper talked about it too, then maybe it happened. (But then again, it's a con man we're talking about so . . . .)

I guess I'm just enough of sci-fi geek to say I kind of like this theory.

Greg Grunberg played the pilot in "Pilot." He appears in nearly all of J.J. Abrams's shows and movies. He also plays Matt Parkman on Heroes.

I only know of one that does. I didn't read all the spoilers that are out there but I did read about one of the freighter people having a power. Ability is probably a better word.
