You'll need to register first to download, and it takes a day for them to process you into a download queue, but it doesn't cost anything and you can download five books a day. The site has a lot more to offer than Star Trek comics, as if a place needs to offer more than Star Trek comics.

I have that original comic. I wonder if its worth anything today...

I started downloading from wowio, but stopped when I heard the comics were all coming out on DVD soon.
