Lore's Musical Number from "Brothers"

So, when Dr. Soong activates the android he thought was Data after having installed the emotion chip, the android who (spoiler alert! oh never mind, we've all seen it) turns out to be Lore starts to sing a little song. He comments that he always liked that ditty, but could never get the cadence right.

So here's the question:

What was that song? Where's it from in the first place? And where can I hear the whole thing?
