Looking forward to "Star Trek 3"

In TNG on TV? Never that I recall.

I'd even go so far as to say "I, Borg" and "Journey's End" the differences between Picard was emotionally in the series versus where he was in First Contact and Insurrection respectively, dealing with the Borg and his (re)action to/of stopping the relocation of a planet's inhabitants.

It's still only about twice (I'd wager perhaps slightly more) in about 7 years, so pretty rare in any case.

?

I just said it happened zero times in the series, not twice. So, yeah, definitely rare. I'm with you there that in FC it was a stage.

It's late, my reading comprehension is close to nil, I'm two hours past my bedtime, and TrekkBBS is addicting. I should go this far and no farther. Bedtime must be drawn here.

I enjoyed STID a lot, I think it's a good movie even though it moved at a break neck pace and I've never really got a lot of the criticisms. That said, when I finished watching it, I never felt like going back to watch it a fifth or sixth time. Still looking forward to 3 though.

I've only seen Into Darkness once.

I've seen Star Trek (2009) four times. Thrice in 2009, once in 2011.

I'm not one to watch the movies over and over and over. At least not since becoming an adult. When I was a kid, I used to watch them frequently.

If I don't like a film, I'll only watch it once. Maybe twice, if I wonder if I was too harsh on it, but if I still think so, then that's it. Usually anything I re-watch is something I like and thus want to re-watch.

I have since star trek 2009 more than a 100 times if I am been honest. I used to have it on dvd play back all day every day like 3-4 years ago. I have even STID 3 times and it was in cinema where I felt oblige to support the film as it was not doing all that great at the box office. I have not seen the film since then.

its like many films you watch only once in cinema and never watch it again even when its on tv. STID is one of those films to me.
