Looking for the Magazine with a history of the Eugenic wars

Hi All (Mods please shift if this the wrong area)
I am interested in what is out there on the Eugenic Wars -Anything than the little that is based off what is said onscreen
A while back I saw an image of what appeared to be a very detailed look at the various warlords in a well laid out colour 2 page spread of what was either a magazine/book
If anyone knows of this or any other information please let me know

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the image you are referring to might have been from IDW's Khan miniseries.
