Okay...now I've got it. Looks like I did it right. But apparently Photobucket doesn't do animated avatars!!! Now what??? I finally have what I want, and I can't use it!

Edit: this is what I tried to do...

There's supposed to be another guy after this one. It worked before I saved it!! What am I doing wrong?

You've probably made a basic mistake. Just check everything again.

I think that sometimes happens when there's a glitch with your host or something. I seem to recall Charles mentioning it was a software hiccup once.

Nice avatars but the Yoda and Kirk avs area bit dark. It's kind of hard to make them out. Is there any way to lighten them up?

If I lighten them up they lose the effect. Kirk's is taken from STVI and Yoda's is meant to be that dark, its the Jedi Temple scene. On some monitors things appear very dark, that could be your case.

Hello!

I finally reached 100 posts! SO I read up on how this AVATAR thing works, and so I made a web[page through My DSL provider Eartlink and I created a page fro my Avatar, but its not working!!!! I put the URL adress in and it tells me my pic type is wrong. It is only 80x80 pixels. Can any one help me???? http://home.mindspring.com/~bennye/id1.html

Thank You So Much, However I copied the URL as you posted and it still did not work. How did you find the adress to the actual picture by itself? I am confused.....
