The models are unopened and new in box, with the plastic wrapped around still...but the box is crushed/warped for both.

Any of this valuable? Good find?

That particular set was never valuable. It can still be found in some hobby shops in perfect condition.

And since whoever owns the AMT molds has re-released some of the more sought after kits, even the ones that were valuable, aren't so much anymore.

I would say build the ships & display them, then find the 2 different Enterprise 3-piece sets and do those up as well.
