News Lister to Red Dwarf: Replacement Blu-Ray discs are out!

I forgot I had put in a request back in the day. Mine arrived today and while I've only gotten to Series V's disc so far (both are great years but V is just the creme de la creme series), I must say they did a great job in taking the time to going back to the original material and fixing the issues that slipped through a total of nine episodes for the two affected seasons.

A HUGE thank you much! to all involved in fixing the episodes and redistributing (as well as releasing the series in best possible home video quality as well!!)

Are these discs region free? Is there any plans for a stateside release for the older Red Dwarf seasons like they do for the BD Doctor Who seasons?

Is there any real remastering for blu-ray? I have the SI-VII set, plus the following series' with only the last two on BD.
