Line / episode

I swear in an episode, perhaps the pilot of the finale (I checked scripts) that Picard was in engineering and said something to O'Brian or Geordi:

"I hear you're having trouble" and something about aligning or some sort of technobabble.

I know it's vague, but it's all I recall. Anyone?

I tried Googling that line.

I'm pretty sure the line you're talking about is in "All Good Things" to O'Brien. It was the past when they were on the bridge, right before they went down to engineering.

Damn, I had my line wrong. You're help found it:

"Now, if I'm not mistaken, Chief, we're having some problems with the warp plasma inducers."

I always thought a Picard/Data/Geordi love triangle made more sense myself. Oops...didn't mean to open that can of worms.

Wanted to get ou kind folks help again. I need any lines where Data described what his brain and body are made of and lines related to that, that described how it works.

Again, for the story, as Chapter 3 is done and I am typing it up, but need those quotes to finish part of it.

I won't try to remember specific lines but "The Measure of a Man" is the best episode for that sort of thing.

Never mind, after some long Google searching, I finally came up with the words necessary to find decent enough info. I would have prefered exact quotes, but I guess I can't complain as it turned out very decent.

Check out the episode "Quality of Life" the Exocomps do a lot of replicating tools like mode stabilizers, flow regulators & coil spanners, & such

I recall a TNG episode (name not needed) where someone was coming off bridge duty and they gave instructions for the computer that it was the end of the duty shift for him/her.

Anyone recall those lines?

Could you be talking about Data's Day when Data told the computer to begin/end the Night Watch? And the computer complied by diming/raising the lights?
