Life-Size Shuttlecraft Help

Not bad at all. Are the feet going to be scaled to the cartoon bumblebee or the toy bumblebee? Either would cool for their own reasons.

--Alex

I dont know....I've made all the pieces separate and have yet to try it on all at once. The feet do have little light-up headlights on them though! I have an Ironhide costume to finish now....

But..the cool thing is the neighbor guy is building a Berserker costume that actually does transform into a tank while wearing it!

May I present to you....BUMBLEBEE! The headlights on his feet light up too! This was the test fitting and the first time I was able to try it on since it takes a person to help.

WAIT! What's the deal with the flat-bed? Your Ghostbusters car wasn't towed, was it?!

Yes, it's animatable... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBNEpODiyT8

It was made in Lightwave in about half an hour, mainly because there's so little detail and it's a box. I like boxes, nice and easy to make. :) I'll knock out an animation of it leaving the shuttlebay for you. I just got a nice shuttlebay set but due to the lighting requirements it will need to be rendered overnight, such is the length of time it takes to make CGI.

If you can supply me with a nice wideshot of your yard with nothing cluttering the foreground and a nice clear area in the middle, I'll even try and do you a shot of it taking off from your yard.

Oh, I nearly forgot. I made the wings folding, so it would fit in the bay better and give it something cool to do as it leaves the bay.

So I'm back to Star Trek stuff now as I think I want to finish the Shuttle video before Prime's, otherwise I know I just won't get it done. Were you able to try and make a vid of the shuttle leaving the yard or it leaving the bay of the Enterprise? Anything more you have would be awesome! Leaving the yard and following up to the stars and then into warp would be awesome for an ender!

As of 02-04-11 he's still standing tall! Aside from a very heavy gun-hold-arm that's sagging a little, he is doing just fine! (I can prop it up later to make it look much nicer than those 2x4's)

Can't get rid of me that easy! Bwahahaha! I've been thru multiple video editing software programs and they all keep corrupting my files, but I finally have something put together that's presentable, so here you go!

That was awesome! I can't even imagine 2800 trick-or-treaters coming to my house.
