Aragorn

Fleet Admiral
Admiral
A food bank deliveryman is found dead, in a suburban home. The bizzare thing is that he was buried with flower petals around his head and from a distance the victim looks like a large flower. Crews and Reese believe that the murder is connected to a 70s cult. Meanwhile, Crews confronts Mickey Rayborn about his role in the conspiracy.

This time the side characters were the twisted ones. Very weird. Don't like what happened to Ted!

Yeah, how did that stuff get into his back seat... And more importantly, how didn't he see it when he left his home

And why isn't the help coming to him from our good detective!

I didn't have time to wax eloquent earlier, but I was very pleased this week.

Tidwell's presence was minimal.
Crews was back in quirky mode (standing in the hole!)
The conspiracy wall reappeared.
Rachel was invisible.
Ted was actually involved in the story.

While it's awful for Ted that he was sent back to prison, I think it was a smart move on the bad guys' part. Charlie is loyal to his friends and virtually uncaring about himself. It was nice to see a plot point grow from an understanding of character for a change. Threatening Charlie won't work. Threatening someone he cares about WILL. Now, I hope it won't work to the bad guys' advantage, but still, it was the smart thing to do.

I do have to wonder if Charlie & Dani are the designated "weird cases detectives." I mean, seriously, doesn't it seem outrageously out of proportion the number of bizarre crimes they end up investigating?

Given that they are both "less than desirable" for the police department, maybe they do get assigned these cases by the brass as a way to try to push them out!

Well said. Much improved over the last few weeks. Those last 5 mins were intense. I knew that whack job and her boyfriend were guilty. Freaks.
