Yes, YOH is brilliant in many ways, not least as a study in obsession. Love Janeway's tired doggedness, Paris' fight for reason with Chakotay, who almost succumbs to the lure of Anorax' single-minded pursuit.
But among my faves elsewhere are, of course, TNG:"The Best of Both Worlds" (and its follow on, "Family" - just about the only time apart from VOY:"Memorial" that a Trek character was allowed to experience PTSD; the Picard one in which he falls into the hands of the Cardassians (title escapes me -- most remarkable line is "There are FOUR lights..."). For VOY, "Thirty Days" as a study in character, and "One Small Step". The latter is just pure Trek -- the joys and perils of space travel and discovery, but also as an indirect sequel to "Thirty Days" showing Paris' determination to be the officer he needs to be, and his chafing (but ultimate success) at just that.
And for the sheer fun, what can beat TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles" and VOY: "Bride of Chaotica!"?
