Oh, I'm not gonna be pushy at all. However, as the 20-something college graduate in this shitty economy, I am pretty much an expert at job hunting. I just find it funny the huge gap there is in experience between me and my father (who you would think would have more experience in such an area). The student has surpassed the teacher...or something.

Older workers like RoJo's dad have a lot to teach us. Did you miss the bit where he has 30 years managerial experience? Or do you instantly dismiss all older workers as enemies of "the rest of us", whoever they are?
