The video tries to get a laugh out of character Nimoy being haunted by Shatner's omnipresence, whereas the real Nimoy couldn't be bothered to do even a brief guest role on his friend's biggest artistic and popular success since Trek. I know I'm being an ass about this, but I just can't enjoy that gag - and really, any other new weird-Nimoy stuff - as a result. (Loved him in XI, but that was a dramatic role, and thus different.)
