I'll reveal a secret - I've lurked this board on-and-off for years, mainly for the wonderful Donny interior recreations. Amazing!
I've made my own Lego bridge, which I need to get around to posting, but I was eagerly awaiting his Ktinga bridge model, and then that seemed to fizzle out. No insult to him, quality takes time, but getting impatient, I decided to build my own version in my medium of choice - Lego!

It's still a major work in progress, these photos are still me in my "rangefinding" mode - figuring out if things can fit before I start cleaning it up and making it efficient. Colors are nowhere near final - I just find gray much easier to look at while working.
Still trying to figure out how to attach the rear to the front. The rear circular section was dead easy as I already make a circle design for my Star Trek movie-era bridge - this arrangement offers 359+ degrees of coverage, so it looks contiguous.
What do you think?
